Well it's an old rugby injury that has reared it's ugly head due to a pile up I was involved in during a team practice before our last bout. Not fun. Spin and swimming are still killer workouts. I am just now recovering from a knee injury.....most important thing to recovery was just taking time off!!<br />P.S.
